If you would like to make a return don’t spend time worrying — we stand behind every piece we produce and will assist in any return you would like to make.
HERE’S HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
Please fill out the Return/Exchange Form , print it off and enclose it with the goods you wish to return.
Place your straps(s) with tags and original box/packaging and send them back to us.
Find an appropriate nearby Post Office or UPS store location and drop off your package.
Once we receive your package, a refund or exchange will be processed within seven business days (we’ll email you a confirmation once this is complete).
Returns must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns will be processed within 7 business days after receipt and refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. (Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 3 business days for the credit to post to your account).
If you decide to return your order, please note that shipping fees are NOT refundable.
Damaged or worn items will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
We must receive the product within 14 days of the delivery date.
Shipping costs on all orders are the responsibility of the customer.
